Hand deliveries in Flagstaff Arizona
We make every attempt possible to reach the recipient by phone in order to make a hand delivery in Flagstaff. We cannot leave food deliveries unless someone is available to accept it or the recipient gives us permission to leave it in a specific place. Deliveries made to apartment complexes and NAU dorms are delivered to the apartment or dorm office. They notify the recipient that it is there for them to pick up. There will be no refunds for custom gifts (and all of our gifts are custom) due to our inability to reach the recipient and arrange for delivery.
Most items that are created in our Flagstaff workshop are shipped within 24 hours of receipt of your order.
We have located suppliers who dropship some of our more unique products directly to you, saving you time and shipping costs. When this is the case, the location the gift is shipped from is always indicated on the order page. If you need to have your order in a particular location by a particular date, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you. Should air shipping be required to meet your needs, you will be contacted with additional shipping costs for your approval.
Shipping options are quoted for the continental United States only. We do not ship outside of the continental U.S.
ORDERS TO ALASKA & HAWAII : Shipping options are quoted for the Continental United States only. Due to extreme shipping costs, we no longer offer delivery to Alaska and Hawaii.
- Our shipping charges are entirely separate from the price of your gift basket.
- Shipping charges will be shown when you select your gift. They are added to your total in the checkout process.
- We cannot guarantee transit times with any carrier.
- We add “delivery confirmation” to all packages shipped via the US Postal Service, but we cannot guarantee anything over than what the USPS guarantees which is delivery to the specified address. It is expected that the recipient will have a secure area for mail delivery.The post office states that priority mail delivery is usually 2-3 business days. We use this method for smaller packages for speedier delivery than with UPS; however there is no guarantee by the post office of actual delivery date.
- We will contact you via e-mail or phone if we foresee any shipping delays.
- Shipping delays may occur during holiday seasons.
- Additional lead time may be needed for volume orders.
- We ship via UPS and USPS. Some of our partner companies ship via Fedex.
- Day of shipment, weekends and holidays do not count in transit times.
- UPS does not deliver on weekends or holidays.
GIFT WRAPPING : All gift baskets are carefully prepared and wrapped in shrink wrap, gift cello, or tulle and decorated with ribbons/bows – at no additional charge. Wrapping varies from gift to gift. PLEASE NOTE: Baskets are photographed by professional photographers so you may see contents of gift being sent. Baskets are securely packaged and shrink wrapped for shipping and will not appear exactly as photographed.
The map below will give you an idea of shipping time via UPS from our location in Flagstaff, Arizona. Not all of our gifts are shipped from Flagstaff. Some are shipped by our partners in other locations. When this is the case, the ship from location will be noted on the information page. Note that we cannot guarantee transit times with any carrier.
The shipping times shown above are “business days” UPS does not pick up or deliver on Saturday, Sunday, and major holidays. Please confirm your shipping addresses before placing an order. Incorrect addresses will result in a delay in delivery as well as additional shipping charges which will be charged to your credit card. If an order is returned for incorrect address and you decide to cancel the order, you will still be responsible for the shipping charges incurred as well as an additional $10 restocking fee. An order cannot be cancelled once it has been shipped.
Once a gift has left our company or that of our partners, shipping charges are non-refundable.
We use USPS Priority Mail some products as it is usually faster and cheaper than UPS or Fedex. Delivery confirmation is available but online tracking of parcels shipped by Priority Mail is not provided by the Post Office.
Additional Shipping Information
Recipient Address: Make sure that all address details are included and are correct when placing your order. This includes apartment numbers. Additional delivery fees will be charged to the customer if the package is delivered to a wrong address because you used a wrong address, returned or refused.<
Special Locations: Deliveries to large companies, hospitals, and schools are often delivered to a receiving location to be distributed to the recipient. We do not accept responsibility for delayed or incomplete deliveries made to these locations. Additional fees will be charge to the customer if the gift cannot be delivered or must be forward to another location, returned, or refused.
Only products which state that delivery is by priority mail can be delivered to P.O. Boxes. All other products must have a physical location for hand delivery by us, UPS, or Fedex.
